Erratum #95 is withdrawn and the original text modified by erratum #95 is reinstated. Additionally the following sentence is added to the end of the fourth bulleted item:
"In addition, protection from external probing of security-sensitive signals (i.e., image essence and the silicon chip input/output signals) shall be provided by assuring barriers exist to prevent access to such signals via ventilation holes or other openings."
